Warranty Policy

Biosmith Product Warranty

Biosmith Biotech is committed to providing quality products at a reasonable cost. All products are constructed of the best materials available assembled by qualified personnel. Therefore, Biosmith warrants it's products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of shipment.

This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of any defective product that has not been damaged by neglect or misuse. No other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of fitness for a particular use, are provided by Biosmith Biotech. Biosmith Biotech shall have no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of use, the results of use or the inability to use any product.

Product Returns

All product returns must be accompanied by a return material authorization. Please call, Biosmith to request a return material authorization prior to shipment of the product. Shipping charges for returned product are the responsibility of the party returning the product.

Pricing and Terms

Biosmith has no minimum order requirement: Prices are quoted in US dollars, and payment terms are net 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice.
