Shipping and Delivery

Orders that are received before 3:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, are normally shipped on the same day. We try to ship the most economical and rapid method available. Orders within the continental United States can be shipped overnight or second day if requested by the customer. For international orders, various shipping methods are available. Please indicate your shipping preference together with your account number in the Comments section on the order page.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is damaged, the customer should accept the shipment and retain all shipping documents, cartons, and packing materials for inspection. Any damage that was visible upon receipt should be noted on the waybill and reported to the Customer Service Department at 800-929-7894 or local number (858) 693-3476 as soon as possible. Once a shipment has been released to the carrier, the purchaser becomes the owner of the goods and is responsible for claiming any damage.
